MACC attaches great importance to the protection and confidentiality of privacy, and more specifically of personal data (hereinafter "Personal Data"). MACC is therefore committed to implementing the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Data.
In this context, this Applicant Privacy Policy will allow you to understand, concisely and clearly, what Personal Data we collect about you, what we do with it, and how you can manage your Personal Data within the scope of your application.
As part of your application and during the recruitment process, MACC primarily collects and processes the following categories of Personal Data about you in a fair and transparent manner:
MACC undertakes to collect and use only Personal Data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary regarding the purposes for which it is processed.
MACC does not process Personal Data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, nor does it process genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, or data concerning health, a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation.
As part of its personnel management processing, whether implemented using internal tools or outsourced to service providers, MACC uses your Personal Data for the specific and determined purposes of recruitment and processing your application.
This processing is based on MACC's legitimate interest in recruiting employees as well as on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Furthermore, if the user company activates this option, your personal data may be processed by an artificial intelligence tool to generate a summary of your profile intended to facilitate the reading of your application. This processing does not involve any automated decision-making and complies with the requirements of the GDPR and the AI Act.
Your Personal Data is kept for the time necessary to process your application and for up to two years thereafter if you have not objected to its retention. MACC may also keep your Personal Data for a longer legal duration only when it uses your Personal Data to comply with its legal obligations and/or to respond to requests from public and government authorities.
You may at any time access your Personal Data, rectify it, delete it, request its limitation, or exercise your right to the portability of your Personal Data, by sending a letter and providing proof of your identity to: Altagile – Data Protection – 1 Route de Chevigny, 21800 Sennecey-lès-Dijon, France. However, Personal Data that MACC needs for the purpose for which it was collected, necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, may not be deleted.
You also have the right to object at any time, for reasons relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your Personal Data whose legal basis is the legitimate interest pursued by MACC.
By contacting the Data Protection Officer, you may also define directives relating to the fate of your Personal Data after your death. In the event of a complaint to which MACC has not given you a satisfactory response, you may contact the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) in charge of compliance with Personal Data obligations.
MACC implements appropriate technical and organizational measures as well as necessary actions to protect your Personal Data. Your Personal Data is processed electronically and/or manually and in any event, in such a way that its security, protection, and confidentiality are ensured regarding its level of sensitivity, via administrative, technical, and physical measures to prevent loss, destruction, theft, unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification that could compromise its confidentiality or integrity. MACC ensures that the tools used to process your Personal Data ensure an optimal level of protection for your Personal Data.
Your Personal Data is processed by the human resources department and managers of the company to which you have applied, the company MACC, and possibly by partners and/or recruitment agencies providing services or assistance and advice to MACC.
Your data transmitted via the Softy platform may, subject to the activation of the feature by MACC, be processed by an artificial intelligence tool for the purpose of generating a profile summary intended to facilitate the reading and understanding of the relevance of applications (see Annex 1 T&Cs).
